Our Director, Nigel Foster led the Arup team that developed the strategic transport plan for the Leeds City Region, which supports the regional economic and spatial strategies of the city region.  Nigel led high level liaison with stakeholders to make the case for investment and the institutional changes needed to deliver the plans. Nigel is now leading on the implementation of the Vision with West Yorkshire Combined Authority and its partners.
